Agreement and license
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form the end user license agreement (“EULA”) between you and VoidSquare.co for the Waller mobile application. Waller is licensed, not sold, to you. By downloading, installing, or using Waller, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This agreement is between you and VoidSquare.co, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Waller app or its support.
If you download Waller through Apple’s App Store, you may also review Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you download Waller through Google Play, your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Scope of license
Subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded Waller, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Waller except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Your responsibilities
- Use Waller only with data, contacts, files, and images you have the right to use.
- Keep your device, passcode, backups, and exported files secure.
- Review imported and entered information for accuracy before relying on it.
- Use the app in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
- Maintain your own backup routine if you want a recovery path for local data.
Local data and backups
- Waller primarily stores your profiles, accounts, transactions, subscriptions, settings, and related content on your device.
- The app may create automatic local snapshots before certain data changes so you can restore a recent state on that same device.
- Deleting the app or clearing its local storage can permanently remove local data and local snapshots unless you restore from a backup you created or kept elsewhere.
- Backup, export, import, restore, and file-sharing actions are initiated by you and remain your responsibility once files leave the app.
- Backups created through the app may use encryption, but you should still protect devices and exported or shared files appropriately.
Subscriptions and billing
Waller may offer paid subscriptions such as Waller Pro through Apple App Store or Google Play. The current subscription options are monthly and yearly plans, with pricing shown in the app and in the applicable store listing. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their platform policies. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance under the applicable store's policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Waller for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass security, or misuse store purchase flows.
- Do not upload malware or content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not use Waller as a substitute for professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Third-party services
Waller may rely on third-party services to provide app-store purchases, subscription management, browser links, camera or photo access, file-system access, and contact import features. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for downtime, billing decisions, or content hosted by third-party services outside our control.
Support, updates, and availability
We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements, or feature changes for Waller at any time. Some features may depend on device capabilities, operating-system support, or third-party services. If you need support, contact support@voidsquare.co. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Waller.
Disclaimer and liability
- Waller is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all calculations will meet every personal or regulatory use case.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoidSquare.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Waller.
- You are responsible for reviewing your own records and for keeping independent backups of important information.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. Your rights under this EULA end automatically if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Waller and remove the app from your devices. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will do so, including privacy references, disclaimers, and liability limitations.
